06:46 16-year-old in the 1600 block of Scott is refusing to go to school and has locked himself in the bathroom.
09:31 Burglary from last night at John R. Young.
10:26 Someone shooting behind East Elementary.
11:24 Subject entering old hospital on Moosa.
11:26 Child having seizure at St. Edmund.
12:02 Sheriff’s Office advised Bryan is holding woman hostage at 351 S. 9th. He has weapons and advised he was ready to shoot anyone who stepped on property.
12:14 Shots fire.
12:16 Officer down.
12:16 Acadian notified. Eunice Junior High School, Eunice Elementary put on lockdown. Deputy Bertrand advised hostage was texting someone. Bertrand advised the person being texted to come to Eunice Police Department to talk to officer.
12:21 No officer shot.
12:35 Eunice Junior High and Eunice Elementary advised all clear. 9th and Park will be closed all afternoon.
12:56 State Police en route.
13:13 Wreck at Moosa and U.S. 190. Injuries. Unknown if road blocked.
13:37 Dog loose on Norht 9th near Peach.
15:29 Resident in 500 block of Juanita would like to file a complaint about a barking dog.
17:39 Hit and run at 8th and U.S.190.
17:46 Son threatened in the 200 block of North 11th.
17:54 Subject in lobby needs to write a statement in reference to the shooting earlier today.
18:19 Wreck at U.S.190 and Beulah.
18:43 Son receiving threatening messages and photos. Officer made an arrest.
18:51 Chief Ivory with Basile Police Department called requesting an officer be sent to Acadian Medical Center because a female just beat up some of his officers and she is combative. Ambulance is en route with her.
20:21 Loud music from white car in the 100 block of Corrine.
20:43 Van in ditch on Jelks.
23:45 Remove male from apartment in the 900 block of Williams.
