06:48 Sounds like heard gunshots or someone hammering in the area of trailer park on Samuel Drive.
06:50 Shots are coming out of the woods outside the city limits.

12:45 Someone broke into house in the 1400 block of West Vine. Caller is in vehicle and unsure if someone is still in house.
13:37 Lobby complaint about forged check.
13:46 Subject fell out of car at Burger King. Ambulance en route.
18:36 Reckless driver on Maple Avenue headed east in white Yukon or Tahoe.
19:31 Person left home in the 1800 block of Dudley with walker this morning and hasnot returned.
19:54 Subjects part of gang with gun headed into Eunice from Ville Platte in white Chevrolet 4x4 truck.
20:22 Ville Platte Police advised that have recovered the vehicle and subject baled out of car. They are in search of subjects now.
20:25 Dirt bikes in the 900 block of Alexander.
20:51 Male with knife in the 100 block of Allison Loop is threatening to kill three kids. Sheriff’s deputy en route
21:08 Subject is disarmed and in custody.
21:14 Officer requested to check on child. Father is not returning child and has threatened to harm the child.
21:14 Someone in yard and left water running on Pearl Street.
22:26 Male being beat up in parking lot near T-Boy Boudin.
23:11 Vehicle in ditch in the 1500 block of North Martin Luther King.
23:15 No injuries, but property damaged includes fence and wheelchair ramp.
