04:51 Car break-in in the 1900 block of West Park.
08;20 Male flagged officer down and threw a $100 bill and refused to take it back in the 600 block of West Vine.
09;56 Caller from 1900 block of West Park said there have been charges on his debit card.
10:00 Stolen property at Best Western.
10:47 Caller said her niece was suspended at Central Middle School and refuses to leave.
10:57 Five female juveniles with back packs may be ditching school at 2nd and 3rd.
11:17 Wreck at 3rd and Laurel.
11:19 Elderly female trapped in car. Ambulance and firefighters notified.
11:33 Shoplifting at Walmart.
11:42 Four juveniles have been checked into Central Middle School.
12:16 Elderly female fell in he 600 block of Juanita. Ambulance notified.
13:26 Disturbance at Pedestal Bank.
13:59 Subject is threatening to shoot officer’s house up.
14:33 Best Western advised that pillow and blanket have been returned.
16:55 Subjects around Beulah apartments are blocking the drive and acting crazy.

17:28 Subject took a bottle of pills and cold medicine in the 200 block of Ella.
18:25 Female in the 2000 block of West Park just got out of rehab and is threatening to hurt herself.
19:51 Cage stolen from yard in the 700 block of South 5th.
20:33 Male walking around yard in the 600 block of West Vine saying he is tired of people messing with him.
20:56 Male at Walmart service desk is refusing to leave after manager asked him to leave.
21:28 Caller from 1200 block of Clifford said she was hit in the face.
22:13 Male in the 200 block of Acadia does not want to leave property. May have drugs on him.

October 31
02:44 Motion alarm at Ruby’s Cafe at 221 W. Walnut.
02:47 Wreck at Ruby’s. They hit Ruby’s because they were chasing someone.
02:54 Ambulance and firefighters en route to Ruby’s.
03:20 One transported to Acadian Medical Center.
