Eunice Police investigating Sunday shooting

A man was wounded three times in a shooting at 7th and reed Sunday afternoon.
Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said a vehicle on North 7th Street stopped and one person got out. Several people were present and shooting started wounding the person.
The wounded man was taken to Acadian Medical Center by private vehicle, he said.
Fontenot said the victim suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police were called to the scene at 6:45 p.m.
