Dalvin Wilson: second-degree robbery. The victim obtained a ride in a vehicle in which Wilson was a passenger. The victim was discussing a handgun he had purchased that day and showing it to the passengers in the vehicle. Wilson and the victim started struggling as Wilson took the handgun from the victim. The victim received serious injuries in the struggle and as he was thrown from the vehicle. The nature of the injuries is what causes the charge to be second degree.
