Desmond Troy Nimer, 37, 500 block of Park Avenue, Opelousas. Possession w/intent to distribute schedule II CDS; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of Schedule IV CDS; possession of schedule II CDS; possession of a firearm by persons convicted of certain felonies.
