Reginald Eliot Tatum, 56, 600 block of South Street, Opelousas. Malfeasance in office; four counts of injuring public records; four counts of filing false public records; theft; five counts of forgery.
Karen A. Andrus, 55, 200 block of Shelton Manuel Road, Eunice. Domestic abuse battery.
