Jan. 18
Randy Earl Hunter, 41, 100 block of Huntington Drive, Monroe. Possession of marijuana, speeding, no driver’s license. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Quincy DeRay Burney, 41, 200 block of Miller Road, Opelousas. Disturbing the peace/public intoxication, 15 counts of public intimidation. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
