April 9
Blair Darsey Miller, 41, 200 block of Sunflower Road, Opelousas. Domestic abuse battery by strangulation.
Mark D. Hayes, 49, 3500 block of Hwy. 156, Winnfield. DWI 1st offense; careless operation of a motor vehicle; open container. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Angel Dominique Fontenot, 32, 1600 block of Charles Burr Lane, Opelousas. Aggravated battery.
Leroy Joseph Cooley III, 31, 900 block of East Overton Street, Opelousas. Resisting an officer; three bench warrants. Arrrested by Louisiana State Police.
Carl Joseph Circello, 77, 800 block of Jackson Lane, Melville. Leased motor vehicle/failure to return; bench warrant.
Trevonta Jamal Arceneaux, 20, 300 block of Marian Street, Lafayette. Two counts of attempted second-degree murder.
