Seth Michael Brown, 19, 200 block of Grand Lake Drive, Arnaudville. Improper display of license plate; speeding; aggravated flight from an officer; reckless operation; following too close; traveling left of center on multi-lane roadway; motorcycle endorsement required; wearing of headphones prohibited; possession of schedule I narcotics. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
