Tommy J. Faul Jr., 45, 700 block of Main Street, Cankton. Cruelty to animals, livestock on paved public highway, simple obstruction of a highway. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
John V. Phillips, 40, 100 block of East Cotton Street, Ville Platte. Failure to register as a sex offender. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Department.
Claire Marks, 34, 9100 block of Abaco Way, Ft. Worth, Texas. Violation of protective order, simple kidnapping. Arrested by Port Barre Police.
Lee Arthur Malveaux Jr., 38, 100 block of Fleur des Coteau Road, Opelousas. Aggravated assault on a peace officer. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Department.
