St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office arrests

The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Feb. 14
John Otis, 60, 300 block of South Railroad Street, Opelousas. Failure to register as a sex offender, special sex offender ID cards required, bench warrant.
Bartless Byrd Jr., 35, 400 block of West Vine, Washington. Criminal trespass, simple criminal damage to property, simple burglary, theft of items, theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies.
