James Kirk Kennerson, 43, 700 block of East Leo Street, Opelousas. Bench warrant (three counts), off bond. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Dinah Nicole Manuel, 30, 2100 block of Peach Bloom Highway, Church Point. Driving under suspension, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
