Tips sought about Acadia Parish burglary

Acadia Parish Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a residential burglary which occurred in 1000 block of Hetzel Road north of Crowley between 7 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. Nov. 4.
An unknown suspect made entry by forcing open a door to the residence. A 20 gauge Remington semi-automatic shotgun with a wood stock and a bolt action .270 rifle with a black scope were stolen.
Anyone with information is urged to call 789-TIPS or download the P3 app on a mobile device to report a tip anonymously. There is up to $1,000 cash reward for information.
