The engagement of Miss Lyndsey Nacole Schexnayder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Maurice Schexnayder of Ville Platte to Mr. Kayne Micheal Hargrave, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell James Hargrave of Maurice, has been announced by their parents.
The couple will exchange wedding vows at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017, at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte.
Miss Schexnayder is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn M. Fontenot, Mr. Davis Schexnayder and Mrs. Barbara V. Freidman. She is a graduate of the Sacred Heart High School and McNeese State University. She is presently attending LSU Medical School in New Orleans.
Mr. Hargrave is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Perry of Sulphur, the late Columbus Hargrave of Cow Island, and the late Irene Belair of Abbeville. He is a graduate of North Vermilion High School and McNeese State University. He is currently employed at John Curtis Christian School in River Ridge.
