Local raid on home yields drugs and wanted suspects

According to Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz, “A month long narcotics investigation on a home in Eunice yields a major drug recovery.”
According to reports, agents with the St. Landry Parish Narcotic Section armed with a search warrant raided a home in Eunice on July 24. Narcotic agents have been receiving several complaints of suspected drug activity located at the address of 430 Kyries Hebert Street in Eunice.
The sheriff’s office agents conducted numerous man hours of surveillance on the home. During the course of the investigation, detectives were able to obtain a search warrant for the Eunice home.
Agents executed the search warrant at the home and seized approximately 13.5 pounds of high grade marijuana and drug paraphernalia. It was also determined the residence was within a drug free zone.
There was no one home at the time of the search warrant but agents and agents are looking for three Eunice suspects.
Daronsky Dequan Stevens, 25, 430 Kyries Hebert Street, Eunice. Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I CDS (Marijuana), Possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance law, and Drug Free Zone (Within 2000 feet of a school zone).
Daricko Trevensky Stevens, 20,  430 Kyries Hebert Street, Eunice.Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I CDS (Marijuana), Possession of drug paraphernalia, Violation of uniformed controlled dangerous Substance Law, and Drug Free Zone (Within 2000 feet of a school zone).
Cortez Jamone Skinner, 26, 430 Kyries Hebert Street, Eunice. Possession with intent to distribute schedule I CDS (marijuana), Violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance law, and Drug Free Zone (Within 2000 feet of a school zone).
Sheriff Guidroz added, “My office will not tolerate illegal drugs sales especially near our schools and will continue to work with the other departments in the parish to combat illegal activity.”
