2nd arrest made in Shell station shooting

A second person has been arrested in the Oct. 26 shooting at the Shell station on U.S. 190. Jamarr Ross, 24, 500 block of Fuselier, Eunice, is charged with attempted first-degree murder and possession of firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a felon.
