Madelynn Hazelton Alexis Ray and Dalton Hazelton of Turkey Creek announce the birth of their daughter, Madelynn Grace Hazelton, born at Acadian Medical Center on Sept. 27 weighing 6 pounds and 10 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Crystal Hebert and Kelly Hebert.
