Final performances at Eunice Players’ Theatre

“Charlotte’s Web” is down to its final performances at Eunice Players’ Theatre. The 52nd season children’s summer workshop will finish its run with performances Wednesday through Saturday, at 7 p.m. nightly.

Summer Youth Program offered at St. Mathilda Catholic Church

St. Mathilda Catholic Church hosted a Summer Youth Program inside the church hall, Bishop Ceaser Center. The day program, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., began on July 5 and will conclude on July 15. The program is designed for children ages kindergarten through eighth grade.

Summer is synonymous with many things, including family vacations and relaxing days at the beach. For foodies, perhaps nothing evokes the spirit of summer more effectively than grilled foods. Grilling is a beloved tradition, but it’s not necessarily the healthiest way to eat.

St. Anthony Catholic Church host Happy Days

St. Anthony’s Catholic Church held its summer Happy Days (Vacation Bible School) this week and will conclude on Friday. The Vacation Bible School was held inside the parish hall, the Jeanmard Center.
