Curfew in Acadia Parish declared

Effective tonight, April 2, Acadia Parish will start a parish-wide curfew, according to Sheriff K.P. Gibson. The curfew will be from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. People who are traveling to and from work are asked to have identification and a letter from employers with them during the curfew hours, he stated.

Model shows up to 3,000 COVID-19 cases in parish
