Pearl Harbor Remembrance Ceremony scheduled at USS Kidd

Veterans and community members are invited to the USS Kidd Veterans Museum’s Pearl Harbor Remembrance Ceremony on Saturday. The observance will be held aboard the USS Kidd at 11:55 a.m. This event is free and open to the public. The program is hosted by USS Kidd staff and volunteers.

Dukes of Hazzard star to perform Friday at the Liberty

One of the stars of The Dukes of Hazzard, John Schneider, will be performing at the Liberty Theater Friday. Schneider, who played Bo Duke on the television series that ran from 1979 to 1985, now calls Holden home. Schneider has been in the series Smallville and is now on The Haves and the Have Nots.
