Karen Cormier Rougeau

Karen Cormier Rougeau passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018, at the age of 64. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at 2:00 PM at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Eunice. Burial will follow at St. Thomas More Cemetery. Msgr. Robert Romero will officiate.

Shots fired, charges include drugs

There as a report of shots, fired, an investigation and then an arrest on Saturday. At about 10 a.m., Eunice Police received a call about gun shots being heard on East Ash Avenue. When police arrived at the scene in the 200 block of East Ash they were given a description of the shooter.
