The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. July 25 Arsenio Givs, 30, 100 block of Salvador Road, Opelousas. Domestic abuse battery. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. Ashley Young, 28, 100 block of Durousseau Road, Opelousas.

The following are arrests by Eunice Police. July 24 Chasity Dawn Manuel, 35, 800 block of S. Beulah, Eunice. Probation warrant. Tajamerra M. Murphy, 22, 500 block of E. Peach, Eunice. Several bench warrants. Lacora Reed, 30, 500 block of S. MLK Dr., Eunice.

Voter registration deadlines listed Cheryl Milburn, St. Landry Parish registrar of voters, has announced that the last day to register to vote in person or by mail for the Oct. 12 election will be Sept. 11. The deadline for GeauxVote.com online electronic registration will be Sept. 21.
