Eunice strategic plan approved

Months of work was capped with the adoption of a strategic plan by the Eunice Board of Aldermen at their meeting Tuesday. The plan identifies priorities and strategies to achieve the vision stated for Eunice.

Mayor says city prepared for Barry

As Tropical Storm Barry approved Friday, Mayor Scott Fontenot said the city is prepared. Anyone in an emergency situation should call 911, Eunice Police at 337-457-2626 or Eunice firefighters at 337-457-6557. Fontenot said Cleco is standing by with additional crews.
