Friday morning fire

Firefighters were called to a house fire on North Aymond at 8 a.m. Friday. Eunice Fire Chief Mike Arnold said the house was vacant and the electricity was off. The fire began in the kitchen area and partially collapse a portion of the roof of the two-bedroom house.
