Second man indicted in Christmas party shooting

A second person has been indicted in the shooting death of Tyrie Frederick at a Christmas season party at the Southeast Community Center in Eunice. Darron C. Carter, 21, of the 100 block of Hiawatha Street, Lafayette, was indicted on Monday by a grand jury in the 27th Judicial Court District.
