Crowley man arrested for pornography involving juveniles

Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit arrested a Crowley man on June 26 for pornography Involving juveniles under the age of 13. Shannon Robert Primeaux, 42, of South Avenue D in Crowley, was arrested on 15 counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13 (Felony).

Evangeline Parish sheriff says jail construction has started

Evangeline Parish Sheriff Charles Guillory announced the start date for the new parish jail was June 25. Initially, the start date was scheduled for a week prior, but the start was delayed because of tropical weather that moved across the area.
