Belly Buddies Color Fun Run set April 13 There will be a Belly Buddies Color Fun Run in downtown Eunice from 10 a.m. until noon on April 13. All proceeds will go to Belly Buddies, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide food to Eunice’s most vulnerable students.

Jane Japanese magnolia named Louisiana Super Plant for spring 2024

Japanese magnolias are completing their bloom and flushing out new, light green foliage. These beautiful trees are some of the first plants to signify that spring is just around the corner. With their pink-to-purple blooms, they’re one of the most strikingly beautiful trees.

Garden Club replacing tree markers at Walking Park

The Bulb & Blossom Garden Club in Eunice was founded in 1948. The club was federated in 1950. As a federated club, the Eunice Bulb & Blossom Garden Club belongs to the Louisiana Garden Club Federation, and the Deep South Federation, and is a member of the National Garden Club.
