Vets program set for Friday at VFW Hall A Veterans Day program will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the VFW Post 8971 Hall, outdoors by the tank, weather permitting. Part of the program will include the Eunice High School marching band, and the Boy Scouts Troop 425.

John “Kenneth” Andrus passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022 at the age of 86. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Father Sam Fontana officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
