Harold “Sam” Young passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022 at the age of 92. A Graveside Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Chataignier Baptist Cemetery with Brother Gary Mitchell officiating. “Sam” is survived by one sister, Merlin Hebert and niece, Suzette Duplechin.

Kenneth “Tyler” Myers passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the age of 39. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Pastor Chris Frye officiating. Burial will follow in Green Oaks Cemetery.

EUNICE-Funeral services for Elouise Johnwell, will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 10 a.m. with the visitation beginning at 8 a.m. until service time at Owens-Thomas Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Rev. Jermaine Tezeno will officiate the funeral ceremony.

Raymond John Bourgeois passed away at St. Joseph Carpenter House on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the age of 67. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile with Father Keenan Brown celebrant, with a Rosary at 10 a.m.

Dorothy “Dot” Langlinais, 67, passed away on March 20, 2022, at her residence in Eunice. Dot was a beloved mother and grandmother who enjoyed having conversations, coffee, reading her bible, sharing her faith, working in her garden, and helping others.
