The life of Dallas came to an end on May 24, 2024. Dallas was a 1971 Eunice High graduate. He lived an adventurous life after he left Eunice, LA moving from several states until finally settling down in Houston, Texas where he lived out his days. Dallas returns home to be laid to rest at Mt.

John “Lapin” Winston Bertrand passed away on Thursday, July 4, at the age of 80. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Thomas Chapel with Father Corey Lavergne as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Paul Cemetery.
