Jude Richard Bird, 76, from Eunice, passed away on April 12, 2023 in Phayao, Thailand after a lengthy illness. Jude was a graduate of St. Edmund High School class of 1964, and received his bachelor’s of science degree from USL and a masters degree from LSU.
