St. Landry Crime Stoppers needs help in apprehending four fugitives wanted for sex crimes by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. Eliezer Lloret is wanted in reference to rape in St. Landry Parish and unrelated charges by the Lafayette Sheriff’s Office.

Police: Washington man charged with rape after being shot

A 23-year-old man who was shot in the right leg, was later charged with first-degree rape, Eunice Police Deputy Chief Richard Daigle said. Darraine Robinson, 23, 4300 block of Hwy. 10, Washington, was arrested Tuesday on the rape charge.

Eunice man arrested for drugs

A 30-year-old Eunice man was arrested early Monday on several drug-related charges by Eunice Police. Eunice Police, assisted by the K-9 unit from the Coushatta Police, executed a search warrant at MaGraff Favors’ residence in the 200 block of North Cane Street, Eunice Police said in a news release.
