Saturday election to decide judicial seat

Voters return to the polls here Saturday to fill a seat on the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. Candyce Perret and Susan Theall are in the runoff from the March 25 election. Perret won 41 percent of the March 25 vote followed by Theall with 37 percent.

Topping the ballot in Saturday’s election is a three-day race for 3rd Circuit Court of Appeal. Candidates are Vanessa Waguespack Anseman, Susan Theal and Candyce Perret. They are all Republicans.
