Parish president job contested

Parish President Jessie Bellard was the first person to qualify for the March 20 election. He was followed by Dwain Buller. Bellard, of the 700 block of Landreneau Road, Eunice, qualified as a Democrat. Buller, of the 100 block of George Buller Road, Bunkie, qualified as a Republican.
