Victim gave up his wallet but got a bullet in return

A 26-year-old Eunice man was shot in the chest in a robbery at about 2 a.m. today in the 200 block of Jelk, Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said. The victim was outside when he was approached by a black male wearing a hoodie and dreds, Fontenot said.
