Owen Darbonne Tanner and Kassie Darbonne of Eunice announce the birth of their son, Owen Charles Darbonne, born at Acadian Medical Center on Dec. 13 weighing 6 pounds and 14 ounces. Maternal grandparents are D.D. and Monica Rougeau of Eunice. Paternal grandparents are Robin and Charles Darbonne Jr.
