Perfect Attendance at Highland Early Learning Center

Highland Early Learning Center received the Attendance Awareness Recognition for the month of December. They were recognized at the Jan. 5 school board meeting. Schools receiving this recognition maintained an attendance rating of 95 percent or higher for the month.
