Highland ‘Proud to Be A Bobcat’ yard sign fundraiser set Highland Elementary is currently having a school-wide fundraiser “Proud to Be a Bobcat” Yard signs. The cost is $15 per sign, and to purchase, contact any Highland Elementary faculty or student or come by the school.

Sickle Cell Awarenesss walk set The first Sickle Cell Awareness “The Purpose Walk” will be held in Eunice at the City Hall with registration at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. The event is free. September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month. Prayer walk will begin at 9 a.m.

Early Voting for Oct. 12 election begins Saturday
