Board adopts proclamation to honor Joubert

Evangeline Parish crash kills Eunice man

A single-vehicle crash on La. 1161 near Bush Street in Evangeline Parish at about 7 p.m. Sunday took the life of 26-year-old Eduardo Lopez of Eunice, according to a Louisiana State Police Troop I news release.
