Shelsy Diane Williams has recently been appointed as the interim principal at Central Middle School. Williams received her high school diploma from St. Edmund Catholic High School.

Aerial Spraying in St. Landry Parish Scheduled to Reduce Mosquito Numbers

St. Landry Parish President Jessie Bellard has scheduled an aerial spray operation this week for all areas within St. Landry in order to help reduce the number of mosquitoes resulting from the flooding caused by Hurricanes Ida and Nicholas. The aerial application will begin Sept.
