At about 9:30 p.m. Friday, a black male armed with a semi-automatic pistol robbed the Game Stop near Walmart, Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said.

Nolan Joseph Fontenot, age 86, of Westlake, Louisiana passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019 at his home in Westlake with his loving wife by his side. Nolan was born on November 15, 1933 in Iota, Louisiana and grew up in Eunice.
Nolan graduated from Eunice High School in 1953.

Glenn Louis Devillier passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019 at the age of 67. No Services have been planned at this time.
Glen is survived by two brothers, Viel “Sonny” Devillier, Joseph Etienne “Tanny” Devillier; one sister, Debra Devillier.
