BASILE~It is with great sadness and the heaviest hearts that the family of Linton Guillory announces his passing on Monday, October 28, 2019 in the comfort of his home with loving family by his side. He was 51.

Arthur Pappillion III

Arthur Pappillion, III passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the age of 58. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home of Basile with Father Keenon Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St Joseph Cemetery in Elton, Louisiana.

Bulb Blossom meeting set Nov. 5 The Bulb and Blossom Garden Club will have its meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 in the home of April DeRouen. The program will be about hummingbirds and membership is open to anyone interested in the work of the Garden Club.
