Marcelite Edna Devillier, 39, 500 block of Willie Young Road, Eunice. Two counts of improper supervision of a minor by parent or legal custodian.
John Jacob, 55, 400 block of South Beulah, Eunice. Two warrants.
A 38-year-old Opelousas man died from injuries sustained when he fell out of a moving truck on Sept. 21 on La. 103 south of U.S. 167 in St. Landry Parish, according to a news release from Louisiana State Police Troop I.

Joann Matt Babineaux passed away on Monday, September 30, 2019 at the age of 48. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St Augustine Catholic Church in Basile with Father Keenon Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St Augustine Cemetery in Basile.

U.S. Rep. Mike Johnson, R-Benton, will host two town halls Wednesday — one in Eunice and the other in DeRidder.
The Eunice meeting will be in the council chambers at the Eunice Municipal Complex, 300 S. 2nd. St., from 10 to 11 a.m.
The other meeting is scheduled from 1 to 2 p.m.
