A pipeline that runs through Eunice poses a danger as if it is used to transport massive amounts of carbon dioxide, according to a speaker at Tuesday’s Eunice city council meeting. Mike Nichols, of the Louisiana CO2 Alliance, reframed injection wells as hazardous disposal sites.

Former Eunice woman hurt in crash

Josh Fontenot, a graduate of Sacred Heart and former head football coach of Southside High School, along with his family were involved in a crash on Mardi Gras. According to The Advocate, “The family was traveling on Interstate 10 near Iowa about 3:30 p.m.

It’s not easy balancing the federal budget

President Trump is trying to reduce federal spending by firing people. That is not likely to be very effective because the payroll is a relatively small part of the federal budget (about 7%).
