St. Landry Parish Sheriff arrests

The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Saturday, March 22-Monday, March 24 Dustin Chris Vidrine, 33, 300 block of East Maple Ave, Eunice. Domestic abuse battery (Child Endangerment).

Kevin Joseph Faul

Kevin Joseph Faul passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the age of 50. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Father Sam Fontana officiating. Burial will follow (cemetery details pending).

St. Mathilda BBQ dinner fundraiser set The annual St. Mathilda Catholic Church BBQ pork or chicken dinner fundraiser will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, April 27 at the Bishop Ceaser Center. A donation of $12 will be accepted.

Jo Ann Miller

Jo Ann Miller, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Jennings Rehabilitation Hospital. She was born on August 19, 1950 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Jo Ann was a graduate of LaGrange Senior High School.
