A Branch man has been arrested on 15 rape charges following a St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office investigation into allegations involving juvenile victims. Chad Abraham Richard, 58, of Mahaw Lane, is charged with eight counts of first-degree rape and seven counts of second-degree rape.
