Man on scooter dies in La. 13 hit-and-run

A 25-year-old Eunice man died after the electric scooter he was driving was struck by a SUV on La. 13 near Townhome Drive in a hit-and-run. Eunice Police Chief Kyle LeBouef said police were dispatched at 5:26 p.m.
