Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish is asking for the public’s help to locate three wanted fugitives. Detectives with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office are seeking each of the fugitives on simple burglary. Payne Kalil Carriere is a black male, 30 years of age.
