Two Eunice men arrested in connection with Acadia Parish burglary

Two Eunice men were arrested by the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office in connection with the burglary of a structure in the northern area of Acadia Parish. Adam Gustin, 40, and Marcus McGee, 45, are each charged with one count of burglary and one count of criminal damage to property.
Top prizes in the experienced divisions of the upcoming International Rice Festival Fiddle and Accordion contests will be a locally sourced accordion and fiddle. The accordion is being made by made by Junior Martin of Martin Accordions in Scott. The fiddle for the fiddle contest will be purchased from a local merchant. The contests are set for 10 a.m. Oct. 19, on the Cajun Country Rice Soundstage of the festival, hosted in Crowley. To enter either of the contests, visit www.ricefestival.com/event-entry-form
